We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash). You may also store business data in the app: equipment records, customer contacts, and rental history. This data belongs to you.

Your data is used solely to provide the service: tracking equipment, customers, and rentals, and sending the reminders you configure. We do not sell your data.

Your account data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed with a per-account salt using SHA-256 and are never stored in plain text.

You can export your data at any time. You can also delete your account and all associated data. Contact us and we will remove everything.
